In 2020, I hit a personal and professional rock bottom. I was a few months in at a new company when something incredible happened; I realized I was submitting to the dominance of a culture that did not align with my values. As I recognized it and truly took some time to process it, I thought about a Caitlin Moran quote I read a few months prior: “My core belief is that if you're complaining about something for more than three minutes, two minutes ago you should have done something about it.” So, I resigned and started Five to Flow. Instead of hiding, I decided to help others, like you, stop hiding and choose my health and wellbeing over a job that was killing me. I chose to move away from thoughts, feelings, and fears to take action on a major scale.

 

As we help companies around the world create an environment where people find their voice, truly engage, and have their needs provided and supported, we now see you. This program is designed to help you develop your leadership skills and ability to be a change maker in your current or future role.
